One person aged 27 was arrested for the possession of drugs in Lefkoşa (Nicosia) yesterday at around 11 am following a police raid by the Prevention of Narcotics and Smuggling team.
According to a police report, 152 pills believed to contain drugs, 10 grams of a cannabis-type drug, 5.700 TL and 100 US Dollars cash, believed to have been obtained from the sale of drugs, were detected at the individual’s residence and taken as evidence.
The person in question has been arrested and an investigation continues.
