The Home for Cooperation announced that applications have begun for the 10th Buffer Fringe Performing Arts Festival to be held in Lefkoşa (Nicosia) between 5-7 October.
May 14th is the deadline for this year’s festival, under the theme ‘Turning Point’.
The Home for Cooperation in a statement announced that artists and artist groups can apply to participate in the festival with the original and innovative works that examine the social, global and/or local interpretation of the ‘Turning Point’ the theme chosen this year.
All local and international performance applications should be submitted by May 14, the latest, the statement said.
It was stated that on its 10th anniversary, the festival represents a critical turning point in the Cypriot art scene, the contribution of peace construction efforts and the impact on the islands art community.
