The Council of Ministers announced in the Official Gazette a decision regarding 213 foreign nationals being granted permission rights to purchase property in North Cyprus.
The decision published in the Official Gazette is as follows:
“In accordance with the Law No. 52/2008 on the Acquisition of Immovable Property and Long-Term Lease (Foreigners), the necessary permission should be given to the 213 foreign nationals whose names and details of the immovable property they would like to purchase are specified in the list.”
