3 people have been arrested following the fire that broke out in the Işıl Reklam building in Lefkoşa (Nicosia) last night.
It has been reported that all furniture items and flooring materials were completely burned following the fire that broke out at Işıl Reklam, operating in the Lefkoşa (Nicosia) Industrial Zone.
A police statement said that the fire originated after an extension cord plug overheated while workers were doing welding work, causing the flooring material to catch fire.
Three workers have been arrested for causing the fire.
A police investigation into the incident continues.
