4.1 earthquake felt near Limassol


 

The European Seismological Centre reported a 4.1 Richter scale earthquake near Cyprus on Friday morning.

According to the centre, the earthquake occurred at 7.34 a.m. and was felt in Limassol.

Cyprus Geological Survey announced that the earthquake struck 45 kilometres southwest of Limassol and was 3 km deep.
