‘The Sound of Peace’ children’s book published in 3 languages to be introduced


 

A children’s book called ‘The Sound of Peace’, written by educator and primary school teacher İsfendiyar Pilli will be introduced to readers at an event on Saturday, April 15th at 3 pm. Chapters of the book available in three different languages will be read by children and songs will be sung at the event which will take place at the Lorenza Cafe behind the Büyük Han.
Presentations by the author and Khora Publishing House officials, a high school student Yeşim Çukurovalı who voluntarily illustrated the book, and Peral Onurlap and Anna Tsangari, who undertook the translation work, will also attend the event. Readers will be able to buy a book and have it signed by the authors, illustrators, and translators who support this peace project.
‘The Sound of Peace’ book appeals to readers of all ages and can be purchased from the Khora Bookstore and all bookstores. The book will help improve language skills, especially for primary school students.
Peace lovers and book lovers of all ages are invited to the event.
