The Meteorological Department announced that scattered showers are expected tomorrow.
According to the Met Office, covering May 30 – June 5, the region will generally be under the influence of the low-pressure system with a warm air mass, and a cool and humid air mass on the first day of the period.
The weather is expected to be partly cloudy with occasional showers. Skies are expected to be mostly clear from Friday to Wednesday.
Temperatures are expected to be around 30-33 ºC inland and 25-28 ºC degrees on the coast on the first half of the period, and 36-39 ºC degrees inland and 31-34 ºC degrees on the coast on the rest of the days.
Winds will be Southerly and Westerly moderate on the first days of the period, and Northerly and Westerly moderate on the rest of the days.
