Turkish citizens in North Cyprus are casting votes for Türkiye elections


 

Turkish citizens residing in North Cyprus will be able to cast their votes for the May 14th Türkiye Presidential Elections and the 28th term of General Parliamentary Elections, as of today.


140 thousand 111 Turkish citizens are eligible to cast their votes in North Cyprus, it has been reported. The voting process in Lefkoşa (Nicosia) and Gazimağusa (Famagusta) will continue until May 9.

Citizens will also be able to vote in Güzelyurt on April 29, 30 and May 1.
Voting will take place at the Atatürk Sports Hall in Lefkoşa (Nicosia) and the Lala Mustafa Pasha Sports Center in Gazimağusa (Famagusta) between 9 am- and 9 pm, between April 27 – May 9.

Voters will be able to enter the premises following a security police check.
