Temperatures to rise to 40-43 °C


 

The Meteorology Department has announced that temperatures will increase to 40-43 °C inland towards the end of the week. Temperatures are expected to be around 36-39 °C inland at the beginning of the week it has been reported.

Temperatures will reach 30-33 °C on the coast on the first days of the week and 34-37 °C on the rest of the days.

According to the weekly forecast, the weather will be under the influence of a hot air mass with a low-pressure system. Winds will generally be Northerly and Westerly moderate becoming stronger at times.

Skies are expected to be clear throughout the week.
