Music lovers: Get ready for a great musical event in Kyrenia


 

Kyrenia is getting ready for Winds of Rotary Concert with its huge ensemble of 150 musicians.
Winds of Rotary with its huge ensemble of 150 musicians from various countries, mainly from Cyprus and Germany, will come together with music lovers on the 30th of July at the Kyrenia Amphitheatre.
The concert, produced by Turgay Hilmi, consists of Bach, Beethoven, Andrew L. Webber and Kamran Aziz compositions.
The project is realized by the contributions of Kyrenia Municipality, Rotary Club of Kyrenia Cosmopolitan and District Governor’s Office of Roth within the scope of cultural cooperation of Kyrenia City and Province of Georgensgmünd, Germany.
Income from Winds of Rotary concert will be donated to SOS Children’s Village and Cyprus Turkish Orthopedic Disabled Association.
Orchestra
Winds of Rotary, with its esteemed conductors Turgay Hilmi, Elke Völker and Jens LohMüller, will perform unique compositions throughout the night. Talented musicians of Kıbrıs Sanat, LGV Nürnberg Concert Choir and Vox Africa Choir will feature together with the soloists Gözlem Özdeğirmenci, Eser Öktem, Zübeyde Yıldız, and Nice Kabeya in the concert.

Ticket Sales:
Social Welfare Services Department of Kyrenia Municipality announced that online tickets sales will be from www.kibrisnbiletcim.com or tickets can be directly purchased from Kyrenia Municipality New Service Building, Kyrenia Municipality Life-Long Learning Centre (previous municipality building), Bella Pais Mukhtar Office, Ozanköy Mukhtar Office, Doğanköy Mukhtar Office, Zeytinlik Mukhtar Office, Karaoğlanoğlu Mukhtar Office, Turkish Municipality of Nicosia and Famagusta Municipality. Ticket price for concert was announced as 300 TL.
