The Environmental Protection Department is preparing to implement a new Donkey Management Project. The project will be carried out in cooperation with Taşkent Nature Park and Erenköy (Kokkina) – Dipkarpaz (Rizokarpaso) Municipality.
The project aims to have a permanent and sustainable solution for the animal welfare of wild donkeys in Karpaz (Karpasia).
It has been reported that the Donkey Management Project will be prepared and implemented after the comprehensive and participatory studies are completed by the Science Committee.
It has been announced that the project is planned to take 1 for preparatory work, 3 years to implement and 6 years for management, in total 10 years.
