Another driver crashed early today at around 2 a.m., after losing control due to drink driving.
Driver of KR 217 registered vehicle Magtym SHUKUROV, 29, who was under the influence of 175 milligrams of alcohol, was heading East on Ecevit Avenue in Gemikonağı (Karavostasi) at around 2 a.m. this morning when he lost steering control causing him to crash into curb stones, a boundary wall and then a telephone pole.
No injuries were reported following the accident.
Driver SHUKUROV has been arrested and an investigation is underway.
