H.D. (M-50) and D.B.D. (M-17) who attempted to use someone elses ID was arrested at the Metehan (Agios Dometios) checkpoint yesterday at around 1 p.m.
The two men handed in forged ID’s to the officer on duty while trying to cross over to South Cyprus.
According to the police report, the individual had previously obtained the fake ID’s from H.K (M-66) and M.M (M-62).
The suspects have been arrested and an investigation has been launched.
