A first in North Cyprus, the Turkish Cypriot Men’s Hairdressers and Barbers Association, under the Chamber of Tradesmen and Artisans, announced that it has switched to Euro tariff.
Ecevit Sadeli, Head of the Men’s Hairdressers and Barbers Association, announced that men’s barbers have switched to the “Euro” tariff in order to “prevent the economic crisis and keep up with global prices”.
Sadeli explained the maximum prices to be applied in cities, under Tariff A, and the new tariffs of barbers working in villages and rural areas, under Tariff B. He stated that these prices are maximum prices and that TL will be accepted in exchange for Euros.
According to the announcement, a normal haircut in List A is 10 Euros, a beard cut is 5 Euros, and a Groom’s Cut is 100 Euros.
In the B list, it was announced that haircut is 7 Euros, beard cut is 4 Euros and Groom’s Shave is 75 Euros.
