Blaze breaks out in abandoned Limassol Cinema

Reports confirm a significant fire outbreak at an abandoned cinema in Limassol.

Andreas Kettis, spokesperson for the Fire Service, verified the dispatch of four fire engines and a telescopic arm vehicle to tackle the inferno.

Kettis emphasized that the cinema is engulfed entirely in flames, with firefighters striving to contain the blaze and forestall its spread to neighboring structures.

Presently, there are no recorded injuries, and authorities continue to investigate the fire’s cause. For safety measures, law enforcement has closed roads leading to the deserted Cinema Apollon.
