Turkish Cypriot athlete Buse Savaşkan, who plays for the Turkish National Athletics Team, will be participating in the 2024 Paris Olympics.
A statement by the Athletics Federation said that among 32 competitors, Buse Savaşkan is also in the updated list of ‘Road to Paris 24’ website.
“We believed and trusted Buse from the first day. We worked really hard for the Olympic Games. Buse’s determination, self-confidence and disciplined work has laid the foundation for the Olympics” Federation President Ferhat Sakallı was cited as saying.
