A vehicle caught fire on the Nicosia-Kyrenia Road near Ciklos today at around 10 a.m. allegedly following a short-circuit in its engine, said officers.
Driver of KWZ registered vehicle Engelbert FRIEDSAM, was driving towards Kyrenia when the incident occurred.
A team immediately rushed to the spot to extinguish the fire.
The burnt car was damaged and an investigation has been launched.
