A decomposed body was discovered around 10:30 a.m. today in a wooded area north of Ayia Napa, following a tip received by the police.
The area was immediately secured by members of the Famagusta Criminal Investigation Department (CID), while forensic experts conducted an autopsy at the scene.
The circumstances surrounding the discovery are currently under investigation by the Famagusta CID. The body has not yet been identified, and authorities are exploring all possible scenarios.
