‘Girne Arkın Group Fest24’, organized by the Girne Municipality under the main sponsorship of Merit International, started with a cortege on Tuesday night.
The events that will continue throughout the week will be staged at 5 different main points across Girne ( Kyrenia).
The ‘Girne Arkın Group Fest24’, organized by the Girne Municipality started with a cortege at the Girne Ramadan Cemil Square.
During the cortege that ended at the Ancient Harbour, bands, dance groups and various animation teams presented shows.
With the addition of the restored Ancient Harbour and the renovated Kordonboyu to the festival this year, 3 new stages were added to the festival.
With the addition of ‘Liman Kordonboyu Stage’, ‘Liman Center Stage’ and ‘Liman Kale Stage’, the public was able to meet with artists at 3 different historical atmospheres.
In line with the ‘Girne Arkın Group Fest24’ tonight the play ‘The Taming of the Shrew’ will take stage at the Girne Amphitheater.
Tomorrow’s events will take place at the Liman Center Stage.
On September 6, the festival will continue with the Melek Mosso concert and will close the week with the ‘VintageBazaar’ to be held on September 7 at the Girne Ramadan Cemil Square.
