It has been reported that a 45-year-old who was carelessly using a zodiac inflatable boat 4 kilometers offshore of Taşlıca village, caused Ashwin Mohanlal Kansara (M-47) to fall into the sea and barely escape drowning.
Kansara was taken to the Gazimağusa (Famagusta) State Hospital and is being observed in the intensive care unit.
The 45-year-old individual has been arrested. An investigation is ongoing.
