Met Office issues 7-day heat wave warning!


 

The Met Office has issued an update stating that the heat wave will continue. Temperatures are expected to be 5 to 8 degrees above seasonal norms.
The heat wave is expected to be effective for seven days as of today. Temperatures are expected to be around 42-45 degrees inland and 37-40 degrees on the coast.
Authorities and the public have been urged to be cautious against the unfortunate heat wave that may cause land, forest fires, or heatstroke. The public and workers have been advised to stay out of the sun or take precautions, especially between the hottest hours of the day, between 12 noon and 4 pm.
