82 year old Hasan MEVLİT who was driving, YB 605 registered vehicle towards Gazimağusa (Famagusta) crashed into the back of a 19-year-old motorcyclist Saad AAMIR at the Mücahitler roundabout on the İskele (Tirkomo) – Karpaz (Karpasia) main road, at around 7 p.m. on Tuesday July 2nd, 2024.
From the impact of the crash motorcyclist AAMIR was sent flying and was able to stop after crashing into the steel barriers on the left side of the road.
AAMIR who sustained injuries to his left leg was rushed to the Gazimağusa (Famagusta) State Hospital. An investigation is ongoing.
