One in intensive care after jumping from 5 metre height


 

One was seriously injured in an incident yesterday after falling from a height of 5-metres.

According to a police report, a police quad raided an apartment in Gönyeli (Kioneli), at around 4 PM yesterday after a complaint was filed, and witnessed a man closing a door to their face before jumping from 5-metres high.

The report said that Mırabel Benjamın, had told the officers he will open the door after he changes his clothes, and shut the door on their face.

Mırabel Benjamın was admitted to the Dr. Burhan Nalbantoğlu State Hospital in Lefkoşa (Nicosia) and is being treated at the intensive care unit.

An investigation has been launched.
