Prescription forgery: More arrested!


 

It has been reported that a pharmacist and another citizen have been arrested following an investigation into the prescription forgery ring.
A pharmacist and a citizen were arrested following an investigation carried out by PGM – Chief of Special Investigation Branch after medications with cut barcodes, were found in a bin bag at a building in Gemikonağı (Karavostasi), a police statement reports.
The case will be heard before the Lefkoşa (Nicosia) District Court at 10 a.m. tomorrow morning. The investigation continues.
Police say that the number of suspects arrested within the scope of the investigation has increased to 15.
