A driver was injured after a concrete mixer truck toppled on its side on the Girne (Kyrenia) – Değirmenlik (Kythrea) road today.
A police report said that driver of the concrete mixer truck Ali RAZA, 26, was heading towards Değirmenlik (Kythrea) before losing steering control causing him to flip over on its side at around 1.30 pm.
The driver was taken to the State Hospital in Lefkoşa (Nicosia) for treatment.
An investigation has been launched.
