It has been announced that a neutering program has started in many regions for stray cats and dogs in North Cyprus.
According to a statement by Cyprus Turkish Animal Rights Association; Citizens will be able to contact the association by sending a message on the their Facebook page. The association will then guide citizens according to the regions.
