Summer daylight saving time begins this Sunday


 

Summer daylight saving time (DST) will begin this weekend, it has been announced. Hours will ‘spring forward’ this Sunday, March 31st which has also been published in the official gazette.

Clocks are to be adjusted from 3 am to 4 am to officially enter standard time for the upcoming summer season, under the 2024 Summer Clock law, the Council of Ministers said in a statement.
Daylight saving time ends on Sunday, October 27th, 2024, it noted.
