TC leader Tatar: “I`m calling out to the UK, it is time to see the truth in Cyprus”

Turkish Cypriot leader Ersin Tatar attended the “Freedom and Justice Campaign for North Cyprus” event during his London contacts.
Speaking at the event Tatar said, “The Turkish Cypriot people are equal partners on the island of Cyprus. I call out to the international community and the guarantor country the UK; Now is the time to see the truth in Cyprus. The Turkish Cypriot people with their state and institutional structure are equal in Cyprus, Now we want justice”
Lords, British MPs, diplomats, embassy officials, former British ministers, members of the media, academics, lawyers, politicians, business people and representatives of non-governmental organizations and guests attended the event held in Westminster, London.
Tatar stated that a two-state solution model is the most viable model for a fair and sustainable solution in Cyprus.
Pointing out that the EU is not acting impartial in the solution process therefore it cannot be involved, Tatar called on the guarantor country the UK to hear the voice of the Turkish Cypriot people for equality and justice.
