Çağ Refikoğlu, a promising young tennis player from the Gönyeli Tennis Club, has achieved significant success in the International Ten-Pro Junior Tour held in Tbilisi, Georgia. The tournament, which took place from August 25 to September 1, saw Refikoğlu advance to the semi-finals in the Under-10 category.
The Ten-Pro Junior Tour is recognized as one of the most prestigious tournaments in the world for young tennis players. This year’s event in Tbilisi attracted 170 athletes from 25 countries, highlighting the competitive nature of the tournament and the scale of Refikoğlu’s achievement.
Gönyeli Tennis Club has expressed their pride in Refikoğlu’s performance, extending congratulations to the young athlete, his family, and his coach for this remarkable accomplishment. The club emphasized the significance of reaching the semi-finals in such a highly competitive international event.
