The Meteorology Department’s February 11, forecast shows that a low pressure system will combine with a cool and humid air mass to affect the region.
Air temperatures are expected to be 2 to 4 degrees under seasonal norms and winds are expected to blow from the north and east at moderate strength,strong at times.
The weather will generally be partly cloudy and rainy, and temperatures in the interior may vary between 10 and 15 degrees, while temperatures in Nicosia in particular may hover around 13 degrees.
