The Meteorology Department’s February 25, forecast shows that a high pressure system will combine with a cool and humid air mass to affect the region.
Air temperatures are expected to be 2 to 3 degrees under seasonal norms and winds are expected to blow from the north and west at moderate strength.
The weather will generally be partly cloudy, and temperatures in the interior may vary between 7 and 14 degrees, while temperatures in Nicosia in particular may hover around 13 degrees.
