According to the Meteorology Department’s weather forecast for June 9, a low pressure system will combine with a warm and relatively humid air mass to affect the region.
Air temperatures are expected to be 2 and 4 degrees above seasonal norms, while winds are expected to blow from the south and west, light and sometimes moderate.
The weather will be clear and slightly cloudy.
Temperatures in the interior will range between 28 and 38 degrees, especially in Lefkoşa, temperatures will hover around 38 degrees.
