According to the Meteorology Department’s weather forecast for May 11, a high pressure system will combine with a warm and relatively humid air mass to affect the region.
Air temperatures are expected to be 2 and 5 degrees above seasonal norms, while winds are expected to blow from the north and east at moderate strength, strong at times.
The weather will be partly cloudy.
Temperatures in the interior will range between 25 and 35 degrees, especially in Nicosia, temperatures will hover around 35 degrees.
