According to the Meteorology Department’s weather forecast for May 2, a low pressure system will combine with a cool and humid air mass to affect the region.
Air temperatures are expected to be 4 and 6 degree under seasonal norms, while winds are expected to blow from the south and east at medium strength, strong at times.
The weather will be partly cloudy and rainy.
Temperatures in the interior will range between 18 and 25 degrees, and especially in Lefkoşa, temperatures will hover around 24 degrees.
