The Commission of the Traffic and Public Services is set to translate the Traffic Training Book and exam questions into three languages English, Russian, and Arabic.
The commission has also decided to implement a written provisional license exam instead of an oral exam. It also said that traffic education will be enforced at schools, vehicles will be confiscated for those exceeding the alcohol limit and the vehicles will be towed to the parking lots of district municipalities.
The Minister of Public Works and Transportation Erhan Arıklı must submit these decisions to the Council of Ministers within 15 days.
