Two arrests made in connection to Limassol burglaries


 

In the early hours of today, police arrested two individuals in connection with recent burglary cases in Limassol. A 42-year-old woman and a 34-year-old man were taken into custody pursuant to court warrants to facilitate the investigation.

The burglaries occurred at a house and a hotel in Limassol on May 25 and July 15, 2024, respectively, with various electronic devices reported stolen. During the investigation, evidence emerged implicating the 42-year-old woman and the 34-year-old man, leading to the issuance of judicial warrants for their arrest.

This morning, a police officer spotted the suspects on a street in Limassol and arrested them based on the outstanding warrants.

The investigation by TAE Limassol is ongoing.
