The “Vintage Bicycles of Cyprus” bicycle exhibition and book launch opened on Friday, August 16th at Gazimağusa (Famagusta) Walled City bazaar. The Dr Kenan Arifoğlu “Vintage Bicycles of Cyprus” event was organized in cooperation with Gazimağusa Municipality and Mağusa City Museum Association (MAKEMÜD). The event that ended on August 30th received great public interest.
According to information provided by the Gazimağusa City Museum Association, the short exhibition tours with Dr. Arifoğlu’s participation during the exhibition attracted great interest from visitors. Participants had the opportunity to learn and recall important information on the historical bicycles on display and the culture of Cyprus.
