The Police have arrested six people in Lefkoşa (Nicosia) for issuing fake medical reports that were used for a residence permit.
A statement by the police said that B.B.G.(M-22,) S.A.(M-23), M.N.B.(F-25), A.N.Y.(F-19), F.D.(M-20), and A.Ş.(F-26), forged medical reports that were previously given to them, and sent them online to the Immigration Residence Permit website in December 2023 to secure their residence permit in Lefkoşa (Nicosia).
An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
