A 24-year-old who was crossing the Lokmacı (Ledra) checkpoint was detected after giving a fake identity card to the police.
The police statement said that 24-year-old S.D, who tried to use another individuals ID card at the Lokmacı (Ledra) checkpoint, was detected.
The individual in question has been arrested. An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
