The Council of Ministers has granted property rights to 438 foreign nationals, it has been reported.
According to the decision published in the Official Gazette, a total of 438 foreign nationals, 417 of whom were Turkish nationals and 21 of whom were third state nationals, were given permission to purchase property in North Cyprus.
