Sudden deaths in North Cyprus causing great concern!


 

A total of 68 people have died from sudden death in 1 and a half years in North Cyprus. Most deaths cause have been announced as ‘heart attacks’.

According to Havadis Gazetesi, the cause of 37 deaths were not determined as yet.

Following examinations 8 autopsy reports were confirmed as ‘heart attacks’ and another 8 as ‘heart failure’.

According to police reports provided to the press, the highest number of sudden deaths are taking place between the ages of 50 and 80. 40 of the 68 people who suddenly fell ill and died in North Cyprus between January 1, 2024 and May 12, 2024 were people aged 50 and over.
