Lefkoşa District Office warns public of unexploded bullets in Beyköy (Beykeuy)!


 

The Lefkoşa District Governer Cemal Kuyucu, has issued a public warning regarding unexploded bullets that have been detected in the Beyköy (Beykeuy) Heavy Weapon Shooting Range.

The written statement by the Lefkoşa District Governor’s Office, noted that artillery fire was carried out in the mentioned region on 15-26 April and that unexploded bullets and their whereabouts could not be detected despite all searches.

Members of the public have been warned to be cautious and refrain from approaching or touching any suspicious objects and the whereabouts of bullets must immediately be reported to be safely destroyed.
