A man driver arrested hit- and – run of a woman with mobility issues


 

A 58-year-old man was arrested Monday evening following a hit-and-run incident on Agora Street in Pafos. A 28-year-old woman with mobility issues left with a sustained leg fracture after being struck by the car.
The accident occurred shortly after 7 p.m. under circumstances that remain under investigation.
According to initial reports,the driver, a 58-year-old, fled the scene but was later arrested by police.
The woman who has mobility issues, was taken to Paphos Hospital for treatment and observation.
An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
