An explosion took place at a workplace in Lefkoşa (Nicosia) last night, it has been reported.
According to a police report, explosives were left infront of a workplace operating on Özker Özgür Avenue in Lefkoşa (Nicosia) – Küçükkaymaklı (Omorphita) by unidentified individual/s, yesterday evening at around 10:35 p.m.
Following the explosion, the showcase glass and inner and outer walls were damaged.
No casualties or injuries were reported. An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
