Karaoğlanoğlu Antis Sea Festival begins tomorrow


 

The Karaoğlanoğlu Antis Sea Festival that will begin tomorrow will take place within the scope of Girne Arkın Group Fest 23 and will continue for four days.

The Schedule of events which will begin tomorrow is as follows:

The event will begin with a full-day beach football competition and continue with the Girne Municipality’s 1st Underwater Hunting Competition award ceremony which will be held at 7 p.m. A popular Reggae band ‘The Healers’will then take the stage at 8:30 p.m.
In addition to the full-day beach football competitions, the first stage of the 1st Sailing Race will be held on Friday, September 29th. The opening ceremony events, which will take place at 7 p.m. will be completed with a ‘Sun Set Party’, and will continue until 10 p.m. with a performance by DJ Boysan.
The beach tennis competitions will continue all day on Saturday, September 30, and will end with a concert by the ‘Blue Tears Band’ at 8.30 p.m.
On the last day of the festival, Sunday, October 1st, a ‘Bonito/Mineri Akanamatu Fishing Tournament’ will start in the early morning hours (5.30 a.m.). The program will then continue with a fishing tournament award ceremony at 3 p.m. and a sports competition award ceremony at 6 p.m.
The event will continue with a barbecue (kebab) party that will be held between 4 p.m. and 10 p.m. and a Cypriot music festival by ‘Grup Otantik’ will take the stage between 7. p.m and 9 p.m.
