Met Dep warning: Temperatures expected to rise to 44°


 

Temperatures are expected to rise 3-4 degrees in the coming days, reaching around 44 degrees.

The Meteorology Department announced that during the period of June 11-17, the highest temperature will be around 37-40 degrees inland and 30-33 degrees on the coasts tomorrow, and will rise to between 41-44 degrees inland and 34-37 degrees on the coast in the following days.

Winds will generally be southerly and westerly moderate, but stronger at times on Sunday.
