S.T.G (43) has been arrested in Girne (Kyrenia) for tricking people by saying that she could issue a Republic of Cyprus identity card, tell fortunes, and cast spells.
A police statement said that S.T.G took 3,600 Euros from two separate people between the dates of September 2023 and March 6, 2024, claiming that she has contacts in South Cyprus who can help issue identity cards.
It has been reported that S.T.G. also told fortunes and cast spells to two other individuals in exchange for money.
The person in question has been arrested and an investigation is ongoing.
