A 45-year-old individual driver of KMT 349 registered vehicle, who was crossing the Metehan checkpoint (Agios Dometios) from South to North Cyprus, was detected after giving a fake insurance policy to the police.
The individual in question has been arrested. An investigation into the incident is ongoing.
