Summertime working hours in pharmacies announced

Pharmacies have switched to summer working hours.

The summer period application, which entered into force on Monday, will be in effect until September 15.

The Cyprus Turkish Pharmacists Association announced that pharmacies have switched to summertime working hours.

According to the summer time working hours pharmacies will be open until 13.30 on Thursday’s and will be closed in the afternoon.

In the announcement published by the Union, the distribution of the summer working hours of pharmacies between May 13 and September 15, 2024 was also included.

Summer working hours of pharmacies in Lefkoşa, Gazimağusa, Girne and Güzelyurt region are as follows:

Weekdays: 08.00 – 17.30 (Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday and Friday) will be open.

Thursday: 08.00-13.30 open. Closed in the afternoon.

Saturday: 08.00 – 13.30 open.

Pharmacies on duty 08.00 – 00.00 hours.

Summer working hours of pharmacies in Mesarya region:

Weekdays: 08.00 – 19.00 (Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday and Friday) will be open.

Thursday: 08.00 -13.30 open. It will be closed in the afternoon.

Saturday: 08.00 – 13.30 will be open.

Pharmacies on duty Thursday and Saturday: 13.30 – 19.00 hours.

Sundays, holidays and public holidays: 08.00 – 19.00 hours.

Summer working hours of pharmacies in the Karpaz region:

Weekdays: 08:00 – 20:00 will be open.

Saturday: 08.00 – 16.00 will be open.

Pharmacies on duty: On Sundays, holidays and public holidays, only the pharmacy on duty will be open between 08.00 – 18.00.

Summer working hours of pharmacies in Lefke region:

Weekdays: 08.00 – 17.30 (Monday-Tuesday-Wednesday and Friday) will be open.

Thursday: 08.00-13.30 open. It will be closed in the afternoon.

Saturday: 08.00 – 13.30.

Pharmacies on duty 08.00 – 22.00 will be open.

Between 22.00 – 00:00 the on-call system will be applied.

It will be open on Sundays, holidays and public holidays between 08.00 – 22.00.

Between 22:00 – 00:00 on-call system will be applied

Summer working hours of pharmacies in the İskele region:

Weekdays: 08.00 – 17.30 (Monday – Tuesday – Wednesday and Friday) will be open.

Thursday: 08.00-13.30 open. It will be closed in the afternoon.

Saturday: 08.00 – 13.30 will be open.

Pharmacies on duty: Weekdays: open from 08.00 – 22.00.

Sundays, holidays and public holidays: 08.00 – 22.00 hours.

Summer working hours of pharmacies not in the on-call area:

Weekdays: 08.00 – 19.00.

Saturday: 08.00 – 16.00.

They will be closed on Sundays, holidays and public holidays.
