It has been reported that the group ‘Uncredentialed’ which defends the European Union citizenship rights of children born to mixed marriages on various platforms and organizes actions and events for this purpose, have established an association.
In a statement by the ‘Association of those with no ID’, the statute of the ‘Uncredentialed’, which previously applied to the Ministry of Interior with its official statute, was also approved by the Legal Department and the association was registered at the District Governor’s Office.
Established with the aim of ‘institutionalizing the human rights struggle it wages and realizing democratic representation with its members’, the Association has announced that it has started receiving member applications and will hold its first general assembly soon.
According to the statement, the founding members of the Uncredentialed will be introduced and the aims and objectives of the association and its future plans will be discussed at a meeting to be held at KTAMS Barış Hall on Tuesday, April 25 at 6pm.
